Return & Refund Policy for Sunshine’s Creations

At Sunshine’s Creations, each item is made with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with names, colors, designs, or any specific customization chosen by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Custom Items (if applicable)
If we offer non-custom items, they may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
